Responsibilities: As a Nurse Trainer at Target Nurses Academy, you will:

Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the education team to create and enhance curriculum materials to meet industry standards.
Assessment and Evaluation: Evaluate student performance through assessments, examinations, and practical evaluations.
Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of current trends, research, and advancements in nursing education and healthcare.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
- Freshers or Experienced can apply
- Teaching or training experience in a nursing education setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
